With over 100 uproarious silent movies, Laurel and Hardy is the most iconic duo in the history of cinema. For this exhilarating screening accompanied by live music, composer Cyrille Aufort rewrote the music to several of their burlesque scenes.
Introductory
In the 20th century, the inseparable Laurel and Hardy have spent over 25 successful years confusing each other, running into each other, chasing each other, fighting each other. Their never-ending streak of expertly executed, hilarious antics remains just as beloved today. Film composer Cyrille Aufort eagerly devised a new musical take on their work, conducted by Jean Deroyer. Enjoy their hilarious and moving shenanigans with this screening fit for the entire family.
