Parking opens 1 hour before the start of the show. If you are using this service, please take a ticket from the automatic distributor at the car park entrance and exchange it for a prepaid one when you arrive at the opera house.

‑ Parc Relais TCL : 10 of the 19 TCL Park & Ride sites (6,200 parking spaces around Lyon) are just a few minutes away from the opera house by metro. Open until 1:00 a.m. and free.

As part of the Presqu'île à vivre project, access to rue Puits-Gaillot is now regulated by a call station. Disabled people will still be able to use their vehicles to drop off near the Opera, on presentation of their "Mobilité Inclusion" card.

That’s why we’ve put extra measures in place, in line with the national Vigipirate anti-terrorism plan, to tighten security while continuing to ensure a warm welcome for our visitors. Additional security checks have been put in place on the terrace for evening performances, open days and Heritage Days. Bags over 10 litres in volume and suitcases are not allowed. Our security staff are authorised to take any action they deem necessary, without prior warning.
