If you cannot make your show, you can exchange your tickets free of charge for another performance date or season show up to 48 hours (working days) before the performance by contacting the booking department.

• Via email: billetterie@opera-lyon.com for urgent requests outside of box office hours (please mention which tickets need switching and the performance you want them switched to).

Tickets are non-refundable, except if exceptional circumstances keep the ticket holder from attending the show. In this case, you will be asked to provide a doctor’s note as proof.

Refund requests must always be made before the performance, by phone at +33 4 69 85 54 54, via email at billetterie@opera-lyon.com or at the box office.(Tuesday to Saturday from noon to 7 p.m.)

If the performance was cancelled, please make your refund request via the form below. Please note:

• If you had purchased your tickets using a gift certificate, a voucher or credit, you will be issued a credit note, which you can use on all the Lyon Opera shows and until December 31, 2023.
• If you had purchased your tickets with a Pass Culture, a Pass Région or a Coupon Champ Libre, your tickets are non-refundable. You may exchange them for another season show by calling the box office at +33 4 69 85 54 54.
• If you had purchased your ticket via a work council or an association, please make your refund request to the person in charge of the work council or association.
