Do you like serenades? The musicians of the Lyon Opera Orchestra have put together two of the most beautiful pieces in this light-hearted genre, bringing together instruments from all sections of the orchestra. The Czech composer Antonin Dvořák celebrates the songs and dances of his Bohemian homeland in his Grand Serenade, while Mozart's Gran Partita takes the wind players, with the double bass, to an emotional climax.
