Originally from Florida, Amanda Peet studied dance at the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and, at the same time, at the Dance Industry - Performing Arts Center in Texas, before joining the Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. She participated in prestigious international workshops such as the Jacob Pillow Contemporary Program and the Biennale College Danza directed by Wayne McGregor. This training gave her the opportunity to perform works by world-renowned choreographers (Kyle Abraham, Hope Boykin, Jiří Kylián, Justin Peck...). She joined the Lyon Opera Ballet in 2024.
