Since she said her goodbyes to the opera in 2013, the great Natalie Dessay has always come up with highly original shows with the just-as-great Philippe Cassard. The two artists have devised a brand-new programme to present pieces consistently beloved by U.S. audiences, from Samuel Barber to Stephen Sondheim, echoing Ravel and Poulenc’s melodies.
