Emily Slawski trained at Florida's Kirova Ballet Academy from 2008 to 2012. In the 2010-2011 season, she danced in Broadway's Radio City Christmas Spectacular. The following year, at the age of 16, she joined the Royal Swedish Ballet. She performed an eclectic repertoire (Rudolf Nureyev's Don Quixote, Pontus Lindberg's Raymonda, Christopher Wheeldon's Alice in Wonderland, Mats Ek's Juliet & Romeo, Sharon Eyal's Half Life) and was appointed soloist in 2017. She joined the Lyon Opera Ballet in 2024.
